RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS:
An advance payment of US$ 500 per person is due within seven (07) days of confirmation of the safari arrangements. The final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the tour is due upon confirmation. Deposits form part of the final payment. Payments may be made by charging to Credit Cards through our website or Bank Transfers. Third-party charge cards NOT accepted. Final documents are generally sent not later than 21-30 days prior to departure, provided full payment has been received.
Upon receipt of the travel documents, please check all information for accuracy immediately. Ensure that Names appear as per Passport. Name update policies vary between airlines and Hotels; and where permitted, penalty charges apply. Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd.) cannot be held responsible for any charges resulting from incorrectly advised details
Bookings that include scheduled flights and/or transport sections must be utilized in the order booked. Failure to complete the journey in the booked order on the scheduled time and date (including No Shows) without prior arrangement will result in the remaining itinerary becoming invalid and the entire booking holding no refund value.
All cancellations must be advised to our offices in writing. The penalty is based on the number of days prior to the departure date in accordance with respective hotel policies. Cancellation more than 60 days – No refund on deposit. Cancellations less than 60 days – No refund on land cost. Some arrangements may incur additional cancellation penalties. There is no refund for any unused portions of the safari arrangement after travel has commenced. Travel Cancellation Insurance is strongly recommended.
Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd) takes all reasonable precautions to make our travel arrangements as secure as reasonably possible for all travelers and others. Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd) shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay or inconvenience arising out of, or in connection with, any defect in any vehicle or any act, including any acts of terrorism, industrial action, government directives, war, civil disturbances, Acts of God, neglect, accident, error or omission for provision of any travel arrangements.
Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd) reserves the right to alter, modify, reschedule or cancel part of, or any travel arrangements if local conditions beyond our control make such alterations necessary, or desirable for the convenience and /or safety of travelers; or proper operations of the tour. If the services included in the program cannot be supplied due to the changes in the itinerary, the comparable status will be provided when possible.
Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd) reserves the right to accept or decline any person from joining or continuing on any tour arrangements if the person’s mental or physical condition impede the operation of the tour, welfare of self or enjoyment of the other travelers. In such a case, we will refund any money that can be recovered for unused portions, taking into account additional charges incurred by us. We accept no liability or obligation for third parties or additional responsibilities for those kicked out of a tour.
All rates, surcharges, and taxes are current at quotation date and are subject to change without notice due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control like inflation, cost of fuel, exchange rate fluctuation, changes in taxes….Safaris By Jayne (One Africa Kenya Ltd) is not responsible for any surcharges and reserve the right to recover from passengers the increases imposed.
**All travelers are required to sign a disclosure of liability statement prior to the release of any travel documents**
